Privacy
DUWA doesn't collect anything about you. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no crash reporting. Nothing you do in the app reaches me or anyone else.
What stays on your phone
The app remembers the nickname you pick and your high scores. Both live in your phone’s own storage and are deleted when you delete the app.
What the network permission is for
DUWA asks for permission to use your local network. It needs this to find the other phones playing in the same room, using Apple’s MultipeerConnectivity. While you are in a game, your phone exchanges the things a game needs — your nickname, which direction you pressed, and the state of the board — directly with the other players’ phones over your wifi.
That traffic never leaves your network and never reaches a server, because there is no server. The app makes no internet connections at all.
Children
DUWA is rated 4+. There's no chat, no links out, no purchases, and no way to reach a stranger — the only people you can play with are the ones already on your wifi.
Changes
If this ever changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Since the app collects nothing today, any future change would have to be announced in an app update before it could take effect.
